had this 110 hangin around for a while now " bout 2 years :(" my dad bought it spend a whole lota cash havin the engine rebuilt then she failed a mot an he went out an bought a volvo so shes been stood for about 2 years i decided to pinch it so i could rescue the old girl after putting a fresh battery on her she fired up no probs whitch was nice. tryed to move her and it seems someone left the handbrake on " i wonder who" so that wont budge any ideas? tryed the normal rocking the motor forwards an back hasnt helped. also rear xmember needs sorting just so happen to have a new series 3 xmember that will look nice there will post some pix soon as i can

I believe I'd try a mallet around the edge of the park brake drum with the brake off to see if it'll release the shoes. If it's the cable, then remove it from the brake assy and lube or replace. BE SURE TO CHOCK THE WHEELS! No sense in being run over before you get to enjoy the 110! :D

tryed bashing with a mallet the adjuster wont move at all we think that the shoes have jumped over the cam thing that controls them goin to try an get the drum off.

Just be sure the cable is slack, not just the lever down. Then try and rotate as you pull the drum.

was in saudi aribia then bought back to uk converted to rhd an bought by a farmer in leek the wipers are still left hand drive though :P
