Just added this ...

There is far to much bias and miss information
in this.
Emissions are NOT a 4x4 issue they are a
fuction of fuel type and engine size is mostly
irelevent.
A well tuned modern large capacity
engine can and often does produce less
harmful emissions than older smaller engine FACT.
My own vehicle is a 4x4 with a large engine
however it is fueled by LPgas its
emmisions are almost unmesureable on garage
testing equipment and its largest waste product
is water vapor!
Increasing tax on large vehicles is simply
a government con to make money off the back
of peoples missconception that larger
vehicles are all dirty gas guzzlers
so they can look like they are doing something
positive.
It is a proven fact that by a huge margin
the largest polluter of our atmosphere
next to heavy industry is jet aircraft
are the govenment levying "smog tax" on
the airlines fuel? no.
And even if they did its a pointless exercise
until the largest polluter of all is delt with
and that polluter is the united states
which constantly refuses to sign up to
any agreement on controls of its emissions
and while a large proportion of its government
including GW Bush either own or are connected
to major oil companys they never will.

Bet that dont get published
