put them in for events ! standard 3.54.1 or what ever it is lol in for the playdays and practacing, and they are the ones that are breaking, but eveytime it is the pinion bearings that fail on  me !
ive got a 2 inch lift with std prop.....i wunder if it is the prop putting strain on the diffs  :? its nearly at the end of its slip !
and all the diffs that have gone in....i know the history of them and non of them have been offroaded or abused

That's exactly what I was going to suggest...  repeated failure of pinion bearings is either a sign that you are very unlucky with the diffs you are putting in, or an external force being applied on them.

yes well i could have been 3rd time lucky...but ooooo no    bang goes another 1 lol, i never had this problem before it was lifted, so its got to be the shaft, cant be anything else, there is a template for a prop spacer on the forum somewhere, what do you recomend...spacer to go inbertween prop and flange or get a longer prop ?

i wounder how long it takes me to break this one ?  :?   my bet.....tomorrow night  :P

Just fit a salisbury axle as they are much stronger. Go for a disc breaked one and the only mod needed will be the prop as it needs to be 2" shorter.
Cost around £180 for a wide angle fron gone2far.
