Greetings from Northern California!

I miss the UK.  Probably between different trips I was over there for like 18 months.

What is the cool hot bike there now?  They have different names there than they had here.  Example, we didn't have the Fireblade, but had the CBR900RR which was basically the same thing.

What is the current hot hatch?

Cool new bands?

Top of the Charts?

Current price on petrol?  We have at 2.85 dollars a gallon locally.  About the highest that we have ever had it.  I know that your fuel prices are out of this world.

Man, wish you were here.  Currently watching "Trucks" which is a garage show and they are putting a propane injection on a diesel pickup.  Sick!  They are planning on setting a record dyno run on this show.

Next I am going to watch the Busch Nascar Race from Bristol.  Probably Bar-b-cue.  Maybe go fishing this afternoon for Bass at the local lake.  1/2 mile away.  If you are into golfing, I live on the third hole of the Scottish links course.  www.lakeshastinagolf.com  That link will show you the course and the killer view I have of Mt. Shasta.  I am just starting to get into golf.

I enjoy 4 wheeling with friends whenever I get a chance.

And the part you are missing about Britain is ?
The nice part of living in a small town is that when I don't know what I am doing, someone else does

Hi can't answer all of your questions but fuel prices here are 89 - 90 pence per litre for unleaded and 92-93 pence per litre for diesel so yours is less than half the price of ours - lucky so & so

Irn-Bru, Indian Food, Lots on cool cars for all over the world, Ribena, Race Replica Motorcycles, better music, Bio-ski yogurt, friendlier people, pick up games of football (soccer), football jerseys (strips), different food, chip shops, history etc etc etc.

They just gave the dyno results on a Dodge diesel pickup with cold air intake, software upgrade, nitrous, propane injection, upgraded exhaust, 880 HP at the wheels and maxed out the dyno at 1200 ft/lbs of torque.

Fuel is about $7.30 USD a gallon.

Ouch!  Ouch!  Ouch!  That is horrible.

I am waiting for the next big thing.  Hopefully they will get hybrids well sorted, or something better.  Dependence upon oil sucks!

Honestly, we aren't really allowed to use them.  (But they can be nice to have).

Cheers!

Maybe for only a short time.  Wouldn't mind a visit.

Bring your Rover or your golf clubs.  Had friends from Scotland visit us previously.

I read that as Logger.... thought I'd missed the reference to being a Lumber jack then.

Not that it make you a bad person.... songs that get on your nerves.

1. "I'm a lumber jack and I'm ok...."
2. "I know a song that'll get on yer nerves, get on yer nerves, get on yer nervers, I know a song that'll get on yer nerves...(repeat)"

Lee.... and he's ok he works all night and he sleeps all day...."
