just wondered if the bolts on 90 hinges are hardened, as I have one that refuses to budge so i was gonna drill it out..

they should drill out ok or snap it off then heat the hinge and use grips to unwind the stud

yup,they are hardened,used a box o drills once trying to get them out,got hacked off & choped the hinges up with a 9 inch grinder,then fitted new hinges & screws

hmm, just that the 1 im trying to get out has been 'chewed' up in the past.. so just wonder if someone changed it,,hope so.. nice big drill and chisel ;)
