They may stop the course, but they probably wont stop the illegal riders that will carry on regardless

Mind you it will give them something else to moan about this summer I suppose

same ole thing, we want it BUT NOT NEAR US :lol:

Great idea by the Council, hats off to them , its the general public that needs to be educated.
