I don't actually like to endorse products apart things that come from lode lane but tesco' kick works.

I was up on friday 11:30 am worked a night shift tthen from there i went straight on to help with a very close friends wedding drove past Towcester back to Bradwell Abbey MK and i finlay got home 00:40

a bottle and 1/2 later one botttle of beer got me through the night.

Comments were made buy some the wedding guest of they had never seen so many people flash there headlights and wave.

what can i say.

so back to towcester and time for another massive adreniline dump amazing how the human works under times of great stress and enjoyment.

How do you stay awake so long? I have been up since 3am today for work and now I want a kip but if I have a couple of hours I wont feel tired to go to bed early tonight so will only get 4hours sleep again.

My body is well screweed with tiredness. I am always tired and sleep for at least 12 hours on every day off I have.

Red bull literaly gives me wings and I act like a 12 year old on 4 litres of coke a cola. I am a total prat on the stuff but I end up awake though! Theres always an emergency can in the car for thos etraffic jams that make you tired!!

I slept for 4 hours this afternoon and only reason I woke up was because the phone kept ringing. missed 3 calls whilst I was asleep because I was in such a deep sleep.
