Engine or box out.........remove clutch and flywheel and replace the seal.

Sounds easy   .............but if you hav'nt done it before then take care.......but the engine out is far easier IMHO.......but you will need an engine hoist.

Engine in and out no issues ...

i assume the seal sits round the bottom crank which sticks out and goes in to gearbox??

and is the clutch easy to remove how??..any tips?

I would suggest getting hold of a manual, it's even covered in the Haynes manual, and read up before doing it. You'll also have the necessary torque settings.

It's also worth considering changing the clutch at the same time unless it's relatively new. Might save having to take the engine out again in the near future.

Yes.........there will be (if i remember right) an alloy cover that the oil seal fits into and needs to be removed and fitted from the inside......and a new gasket or sealent needed.

As also posted......"It's also worth considering changing the clutch at the same time unless it's relatively new. Might save having to take the engine out again in the near future."

Good Luck
