I have emailed the Railway Museum in York asking them if they have any information. Just now waiting for a reply.
To be honest I also expected BTM to reply with some info,
The only info. iv'e found relates to a Pullman carriage no. 546 that is in Carnforth. It's had a few names which one being the "City of Manchester".

There's so many people out there with so many interests, hobbies and pastimes that can be so different to our interest here on the MudClub that if a question is asked, it very rarely goes unanswered.

And by a stroke of luck, the railway guru has 2 copies of the leaflet. Once I receive the hardcopy by snail mail I'll scan the rest of it or post it to you BTM - cagoules and anoraks, I've got quite a collection :lol:
