my rally car passes its MOT with 150 bulbs in all the lights and i've never had any problems
Main 12V power to the relay will be switched via a dashboard switch.Trigger power for the relay I plan to feed from the main beam power supply.
Much better is to have the main power feed direct to a fuse and then onto the battery + terminal.Run a cable from the main beam switch to the "dashboard switch" and then onto the relay trigger. This means that the switch on the dash only has low current and also provides you with the means to disable them if you wanted, or engage the switch to have them work with main beam.;)
