Mud-Club go Hillrallying!

As you will have read in some other posts, a number of us, namely, me, Sahtom, Wolfie and Eeyore are competing in Y Rali Bryn Cymru, the first round of the Matador National Hillrally Championship, this weekend.

I know also that a number of Mud-Clubbers are coming out to marshal or officiate - of those I know: Lostboy, ScottyDj, Motorsport Safety?

The event is based at Clyro in the Wye Valley, just across the river from Hay on Wye and most of the stages take place in the classic Welsh forests of Radnor and Abbey Cwm-Hir.  More info on the event can be found from the website above.

The event is open to spectators, but much the best way to see it is as a marshal - you might even get to drive some of the stages! Again details on the website - or PM me today and I'll pass your details on.

I'm sure we'd all be pleased to see you - if we are not tearing our hair out with mechanical maladies.

Wolfie and Eeyore are almost ready see thread here, and - the MuddyMoo is also almost complete.  Just some rear bushes to change tonight.  All the stickers are on, thanks to Mrs Muddy and we have a new team logo!

Thanks folks - we've given the muddy moo a bit of a tidy up - still better from a distance, mind!

Wolfie - I think you're right to aim high, but I think if you want to you should aim higher than me - we've only been seeded 26th after all! :shock:

However I think you'd better get all your looking done in the scrutineering queue - 'cause I'm hoping you won't get near us in the stages! :lol:

Thanks for your kind words, I'm chuffed to bits with the way it went at the weekend.  We hardly laid a spanner on it at all, despite the fact that I gave it a proper beating. :lol:

It did let me down, when one of the lt leads on the coil came off, which demoted us from 1st in Super Production to second, but that was explainable.

Can't wait for the next event now, that was just soo much fun! :D
