morning all i wonderd if anyone can help me, where on the dash is the warning light for the diff lock warning on my disco its a k plate and i dont know what the warning light should look like  :(stoopid): many thanks

it is on the panel where all the rest of the warning lights are, it shold show an axle with 4 wheels on, and it will light up amber when diff lock is selected

but check the bulb before stripping it down....as someone close to me found out  :(

Does it go into diff lock ok?

If not first course of action that I would sudgest is get underneath and spray a good shot of WD40 on the linkage.
Had a similar problem on my disco where couldnt select diff lock but when looked underneath found the linkage was caked in crud so cleaned off all the muck and a good blast of WD40 and problem solved.
