Can anybody tell me wether the glass in a TD5 110 front door with leccy windows is the same as a TD 90 with windy windows??

I would expect that the glass will be the same shape as the doors are all basically the same. the td5 might have tinted glass though and i doubt a td would have.

Yes, they are the same door glass as long as they are both 1 piece (welded) doors which they should be. The TD5 does have tinted glass though.

Cheers Guys, waterproof comes before tinted, so looks like I'm going to have one window that doesn't match

Hrmmm.....

AFAIK the glass is a different thickness... and the guides are slightly different (the ones that the window mech. runs in).

Only the CSW Td5's have tinted glass, the rest of the range has clear.

Well mine is an XS, but I'm not bothered about the tinted glass.

If I measure the thickness against one that is right, (i.e. the drivers door) then presumably I can work out wether it will fit or not.

In theory yes.....

I'm sure the bottom has different guides to though, but you 'should' be able to swop them over.

Starter Motor was fixed an hour or so after getting home, door seals are optional.

I can confirm they do fit, the older window had a metal runner, which need to be removed to attach the 2 plastic clips fitted on a TD5. If I was attempting the job again, I would go and buy the 2 plastic clips rather than try and clean all the old broken glass and mastic out of them.
