Anyone know what speed 2.2mbps is? is it 1,2,3meg?

It's a little over 2 meg, about average without going onto bulldog and the like

megabits per second.

where mega means thousand and it's in bits because that way it's eight times higher.  (yes, mega should mean 1024 x 1024, but then the numbers wouldn't look as impressive)
