A sad loss

HI All,
just read a story in LRM about Llanerchindda Farm, Llandovery, Wales.

The owner Nick Bointon is selling up and moving to Cyprus.

I've spent a weekend there in February this year  :D

It is a great place to be based for laning around the area, great food and friendly people made the weekend.

The farm is for sale as a going concern, 50-acres include an Off-road area, quad bike terrain and trout lake.

Has anyone eles stayed here and what didyou think.

P.S. could someone lend me £800,000. to buy it
Cheers.
