as anyone got fitting instructions as just received mine in the post but didnt get no paperwork so its like a jigsaw with no picture , help would be appreciated

If you do get a copy can I have a copy of it as I am in the same boat, mine came with no instructions as well :(

It really is not too difficult. You wouldn't be able to get the bushes in the wrong places. If it's genuine polybush then they all come bagged up and labelled where they go and it's simply a case of one chunk of rubber each side with a tube through the middle. :D
The hardest bit is removing the old bushes!
