The best one that I have seen is the cage fitted to Piglet. Have a look through Thrasher's galleries.

hello ali

i have pondered on this too....................

i gave up on the idea as i have not seen a rollcage on a disco that looks nice and also gives adequate protection from roll damage............

they allseem to look too much like a conservatory with scaffolding on.... :roll:  :roll:

i think your disco looks good as it is............................drive carefully....

good luck

<cough>

I hope mine isn't being lumped in with the conservatory idea!

Mine is designed to double as a roof rack - check my webshots page and you will see the pics that were taken as it was fitted and also shots of the roof etc and the way it is designed to fit with the roof bars to become a full length rack - and also the provision for decking....oh and the rather sexy light protectors, cb mount, snorkel mount.....

Please note - internal bracing on the rear exists - along with a crossbar.....

check out the Landy section of www.pirate4x4.com  Theres a caged landy/disco along there every now and again, and being the yanks, they often go exo.

Ife exo caged the zook, and if you're ever in woods, or up close to stuff its great, you can just lean the car on it and do no damage...sweet!

Not as good as a diagonally braced internal cage in a hard roll I guess, but a damn sight tougher than the original body. Better still if you can sandwich plate thru the body and put a diagonal brace in.
Go on....cut me in half........it says SUZUKI all the way thru the middle!!
