'X-Men 3. The Last Stand'
« on: June 01, 2006, 21:03:19 »
Anyone been yet??
Anyone interested??

I'm hoping to (eventually) get there tomorrow evening

From what I've seen/read so far;
There's no Gambit (as previously thought)

Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) steals the show...... again

Beast/Hank McCoy (bloke from 'Frazier') isn't as visually good as expected & just a hairy blue chap
Richard A Thackeray
Defender 110Td5 'Heritage Gone, but not forgotten
Jaguar XKR; X88 JLT, also 'gone, but not forgotten'

Yorkshire Born & Bred, and proud of it.

Did you mean to mis-spell "dyslexic"?

It's got all the right qualities;
Halle Berry (Storm)
Famke Jansson (Jan Grey/'Phoenix')
Anna Paquin (Rogue)
Hugh Jackman (Wolverine)

Surely any film that features Patrick Stewart & Sir Ian McKellen can't be disappointing  (2 of our best Actors)

Oh well, I'll see tonight.
I liked Beast in the 2 sets of TV cartoons  ('X-Men: Evolution' was possibly better?)

All seemed well until Juganaut pipes up with a cockney accent  :shock: seems to stick out like a sore thumb (sorry Vinnie). Apart from that I enjoyed the film  8)

Been earlier :D  :D

What a cracking film!

Wolverine gets to kick butt
Beast hasn't got the sense of humour, but also kicks butt on Alcatraz

The Danger Room is shown :D  :D  (complete with a Sentinel!)

Angel, but no Gambit :x

Cyclops is killed, as is Xavier

Mystique is humanised :shock:  (not too sure about black hair though :? )

Juggernaut?? No. Wrongly cast :evil:

It must be a contender for the longest ever credits at the end of the film

Anyone stop past the credits & see the extra 10-15seconds?....................
