Henry has done it to the Muddy Moo, and I must say it sounded good from outside the car. Not sure how it sounds inside but as the Moo was already uncivilised I doubt it's too much worse. Moo is of course not an everyday car. Exhaust passed scrutineering without problems.

I'm sure H will be along later with more details. I think he made the centre section himself.

It is quite loud and is pretty antisocial inside, but then I've got no interior either so it is going to be.

Hopefully you will be able to hear for yourself soon as we had one of Ch5/Motors.tv in-car cameras at Y Rali Bryn Cymru.

Does sound nice though, although I'm not sure I could live with it as a road car.

We did a cut and shut job on a straight bit of tube!

Any idea when it's on? like is it tonight (5.35 tomorrow morning). Might just set the video in case.

Might have to do the same to Mathilda, she is too quiet at the moment - Vic said so!. Can hardly hear anything with the Peltor lid on. And Mrs E couldn't hear us approaching so wasn't always ready to ake photos.

Now that's a good plan, we need to move the rear pipe anyway so it doesn't get crushed again (though the turboesque whistle was good) so removing the rear box at the same time wouldn't be too much of a problem. No reversing light though - none of those luxuries as she's ex mil.

Cheers
