I wish this project would just hurry up and finish!

But I don't think it will if I keep making simple mistakes

Think its more the internal tube size............more air flow than just extra cooling.
Where there is mud there will be someone stuck.........then the fun begins

Was recently informed that an MR2 turbo intercooler will fit nicly and that both pipes are on the same side, so modifications are minimal, also these have much better effency, thus able to better cool the air as it passes though,
Just hunting the local scrapers for one at mo before i carry out pump mods,
also BMW 5' series diesal intercoolers fit but pipes on oppersite sides so more fafing about required.

you may have to consider how much extra air is in there and the implications - will it produce more lag?

the other thing is to spray cold water onto the cooler makes a suprising difference.
