hehe,i can explain how to make one,

take a bit of exhaust pipe bout 1 1/2 inchs long of a suiatble size that the centre pin will go up inside, weld a large flat washer over one end, take a m8 bolt (13mm head) + run a nut up to the top, screw the pipe over the top of the peg with the nut & bolt sticking out, tighten the bolt up & then unscrew the nut so it then pull s the peg out

Bit of pipe, washer, nut and bolt.  Use the nut on the bolt to do the pulling rather than the bolt into the spigot.  If it won't budge, blowlamp.
