should do mate the guy i bought mine off had taken it of a 90 tdi 300 all u need is a the prop and the out put flange then its happy days bob    :D

But Bob's is a 200Tdi so then engine and gearbox are in a different place... approx 2" further back... so a Disco propshaft will be too short.

Bob, if you need a new prop, and want one suitable for lift try Kenson - Tel: 0121 505 3668 - they aren't that far from you in Wednesbury.  
Don't think they do a double cardon one (AFAIK), but they do a wide angle yoke jobbie which should be fine.    Being a longer front propshaft on a 200Tdi Defender, you don't usually need a double cardon affair.

There is also the propshaft clinic. They do a DC one that is fully greasable. The Disco one is a sealed unit and has some longevity issues.

Being a longer front propshaft on a 200Tdi Defender, you don't usually need a double cardon affair.

Just reading through this, and thinking about a problem a friend is having blowing front diff bearings. She has a 90 TD which has had a 200TDI engine fitted. Recently had a new prop fitted, and since then has gone through several diffs (Pinion Bearing gone each time) If the Props are different is it possible that the wrong prop has been fitted, and is causing problems. BTW the vehicle has a 2" lift.
