I've got one for sale, although admittedly for a DI. I guess it might be a little bit short on a DII. Details are here, just in case :)

It's only a few inches shorter... I've got a D1 fitted on my D2.

Don't look to out of place:

First things first, Bully, i beliveve you should get the Tinkers back who laid your drive, looks a bit rough mate, thats crazy paving gone mad.

Like the look of the Safty Devices one, but you are asking £600 for a four year old one, i can only assume they were expensive new then.

Can you still buy them new, as i cant find them on the Safty Devices site?

Safety Devices did go bust but then started up again under a slightly different name - Safety Devices International, I think. They are apparently going to start production again, but in Poland rather than the UK. I also hear that there will be a significant price rise too, which doesn't surprise me

Lofty, you're right - they were expensive when new! They don't tend to come up for sale very often either, hence the high 2nd hand values. Having said that, if you're genuinely interested then I'm open to reasonable offers :)

is that the curved one with the side rails?

They are about 800+the vat new if they ever come through. I spoke to a not very helpful muppet there about a month ago.

I put a Patriot rack on mine.  Doesn't follow the curve of the roof but useful for those who want a roof tent etc.

£800 is a good £300 price hike over what they were prior to going bust...
