Ok I am looking for some recommondations for the front door cards - currently I have fitted the vinyl covered timber cards, but the problem with these is that they absorb water, warp and then don't fit. :? Thought about using chequer plate, as the back door, but the issue could be rattling although we eliminated it on the back door, by using insulating foam strips and spring washers. :lol: What do other people use? Don't really want to go back to nothing as that seemed to be a noisy
