Is the new LRO magazine out yet as the old one says Wed 21st but it wasnt in the shops round here yesterday, and doesnt seem to be out today??

Is it my local newsagents being slack, or has it been delayed?

Have they changed the dashboard in teh freelander - the current one is horrendous, made from 50 parts, all badly fitted with differing colours and textures of plastic for everybit. Looks like the designer was sick on the blueprints and they didnt bother to clean it off before making them!!

Apparently GM (Great Magazines) were told not to release their copies of the magazine til the 21st of this month.  Apparently subscribers arent important anymore and we arent supposed to get our copies early!

The real reason for that is due to the article featuring the new Freelander all of the magazines (subscription and shop) had to go out late and at the same time to meet the press dates set by LR

The problem there is, what was the exuse for the 4 months prior to these releases (am talking about last month cos the new diesel range rover thing kept it late) so for 6 months or more now they have been coming late.

Enough to know it is built on the same line as the X-type (using the older mundano floorpan) .... can't wait to see what they mix up in production ;-)
