How much should I pay for this alloy roof rack, its had little use.

You're looking at about £600-£800 new, I'd say, based on what I paid for mine which is bigger.  Second hand it depends entirely on what you feel like paying and what the seller feels like accepting, but I reckon if you got it under £350 it would be excellent value.

I paid £300 for my Patriot rack, second hand, and that was without the bars around the sides. So if you can get one around or better than that then your doing well.  :wink:
