Clogging up with mud imagine how much you could spray over all the shineys on the way home :D

As I understand it (from seeing a show about these in the US last year) lateral stability is actually superior to regular airfilled solid sidewall tyres.

i dont see the need for leaving the sidewalls open like that
i'm sure for a 4x4 they could enclose it better

Wow, isn't the Michelin spokesman Mr Charisma.

I wonder if they do them in 10.5x20?  I ripped 2 tyres to shreds in West Africa and could do with a couple of replacements...

I've seen those before, I think they still have a little work to do but roadtests are 'encouraging'.
