.... for Bearings such is this weeks dilema...  About time I got the real
stuff, I'm running out of blunt six inch nails.  :wink:

Any one got a set that they are impressed with for bearing removal?

A flat head screwdriver with a metal shaft that sticks out the back of the handle
Works a treat its about 18" long and had it for years

I had a pretty good set of 6 as part of a big toolkit from sealy. usually available on eblag or good independent motor factors. Psretty good quality for the money, ive never had a problem with sealys pro range of tools

I work as an agricultual mechanic for a living and use one of these - proper tool for the job. worth every penny :lol:

I actualy bought a set of drifts once, nowhere near as good as the pushrods from an old 'A'series engine, those are forged and damn good at their job too.
