Must be the storm I had about two hours ago that lasted for two-three hours.  Was the biggest and most powerful one I have seen in a long time.  :o

Time to go put the roof on Rabbit then, been off for four days :)
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

They get over it very quickly

Give them something to hide underneath like a dinning chair with a coat or something similar draped over it to give them a hiding place.

I was in Wellingborough when the power went off.
It caused chaos on the A45 and the exit of the M1 because the traffic lights were out.
Great thunder though
Nice and loud.

I was woken up at 6.20 this morning by heavy rain and thunder, its been raining on and off since.  I want some rain to stay so I can go and enjoy the puddles!!

At least this rain has cooled the air, much more plesant now.

Nothing here. It's been sunny and warm/hot for days with the odd muggy bit.

It was clear skies and 25C at 10am.

There's talk of rain and cooling down to the low 20C for the rest of the week hereabouts.
