im the correct weight for my height, trouble is i should be 10ft tall
i can see why the charts state you should be of a certain weight if you are a certain height, but if you are big boned (if such a thing exists) then if you were the weight they tell you, you would look a bit unhealthy i would think
so your weight multiplied by your height squared?
will doas ive said i begin tomorrow and im currently the wrong side of 19st.the group im in now are 6 including me and the counsellor, its like pub banter, have a laugh, but its not a competition, must say the bunch of lads im with are very encouraging and they complement each other...the missus and her mum goes to WW and they compete...
Being dehydrated is a massive cause for being bloated and (mainly for ladies) developing cellulite.By simply upping your water intake the body can "flush out" certain fats cells that it would otherwise store. :D
