IMHO they are a bunch of w*n*k*r*.  First rule of sportsmansip ... comiserate with yopur oponent.  Second rule .... do a lap of honour for your fans.  The Greasy wops did niether.  Bad show.

But at least they beat the cheese chomping, wine swilling, garlic munching surrender monkeys!

Regardless of what was said......you don't do that in front 1 billion people and expect to get away with it!

At least Italy managed to get over their historical penalty block.

Anyway here's a picture of my youngest lad from earlier today- Forza Azzurri!!!

Had to feel for France a bit... they played the better game.  All support and sympathy was lost when Zidane lost the plot.

Well done to Italy for holding their nerve !

Sheddy... a bit less of the name-calling please.

neither team's goalies blocked a goal, i think it was trezeguet who missed?

but i agree it was a stoopid thing to do.

must say though the italians are quite arrogant which is why i supported france (for the first time)

Tim ... point noted, would you like me to edit?

SYL ... I followed the rules of rugby.
RULE 1 It is important that England win
RULE 2 It is important that Wales lose
RULE 3 It is important that France lose

In the absence of England playing in the final and Wales' inability to qualify for qualification I reverted to rule 3.
