How do you get 300tdi injectors out

How do you get 300tdi injectors out? I got the #1 injector out by twisting and prying with a screwdriver. #2 I can get it to turn but will not come up and the others will not even turn.
I thought of finding a slide hammer but how to attach it to the end.

Any help

Had the same problem with my 200tdi, i think the 300TDi is similar so could be the same thing.
There may be a build up of carbon around the injector body, at the bottom of the injector where gasses have leaked passed the copper washer.
 This will make them difficult to remove, I sprayed penetrating spray around the outside of the injector so it ran in to the head and left it for a couple of hours, that did the trick.

 Just be careful twisting them as I started unscrewing the injector body and didn't realise.

Yeah.........you must turn them clockwise and can also pry them up at the same time to help them out.

and dont over torque the little nut when putting them back in cos they snap (experience)
