I got a JVC one from argos a couple of years ago that does mp3 too, was about 80quid back then, depends on how you define cheap really

does your current vehicle have a tape player? if so then you could get a 50 quid mp3 player such as the ipod shuffle with 1gb then buy a 6 quid tape adaptor from tesco and you will have (uncompressed) bout 140 songs
compressed down to 128kbps - a lot more moosic
