Well I think I found where the water was coming in  :shock: ,

Not as bad as it looks only took 2 hour's to get the old floor out  cleanded up ready for the new one & should take about the same to get the new steel welded in tomorrow night, took two of us 9 hour's on saturday (both experiecnced panel beaters) to cut out the inner & outer sill's & make new one's (nice & flat now) bring on the MOT :twisted: ,

Found a whole family of LR spider's (LARGE spiecies) living behind the side trim's, have rehomed them behind the dash for now

Look's better now don't you think :lol: , only took two of us 4hr's :roll: , now to get all the seat's & carpets back in as i took them out & took them to work to get them steam cleaned,

Havent seen one with out all the ridges etc before

Made it from sheet steel, now the carpet's back down you woud never know
