Back on June 1st 06- i posted a thread titled IDIOTS!!!(about lane abuse on Salisbury plain)
Well further to that post - i was informed yesterday July 25th- that the people concerned on that day are to appear in court next month,
the MOD have asked for an Destruction order on the 2 vehicles that were compounded on the day,
The people concerned are being charged with -Trespass, causing damage to a SSSI(which most of the plain falls under -for the purpose of the law)
causing damage to a Tumili ( a burial mound) , + 3or 4 more vehicle related charges,
I for one hope the court gives the heaviest penalties possible!But the word is that the people are Travellers and left the area weeks ago!!
