Right I'm getting pretty fed up <edited>
Got a letter on the 22nd, with a 10 day delay followed by overnight delivery......
So I called on Wednesday to confirm delivery for today.....
"Errrrrr, we gave no date"
Yes but 10 days plus delivery is Friday......
"Ahh, but that's 10 working days"
Did not say that in the letter, so when are these tyres arriving?
"Well end of this week, start of next at the latest"
OK, so an early next week delivery?
"Definitely"

So I called today................. :roll:
Just checking the tyres are with you and ready for shipping?
"Oh yes, early to middle of next week"
But you said earlier this week, they would be in late this week, now it's streaching out again and past 10
working days too!
"errrrr"
I'm writting an article in a 4x4, these tyres have delayed my offroading (speen was a joke) and writting the article, I'll have to mention how....
.....a company named after a wild horse from the western United States has taken my money, failed to deliver goods (particularly iritating that I had to pay as these were to replace faulty tyres) and then messed around. Grizzly emails and phone calls has not prompted them to claw back customer confidence or good will...... :twisted:
