Someone asked me if I knew a "rocky track" (their words) that was used in a phone advert on TV.
Luckily I'd seen one & guessed at this one.

Another Girl, Another Planet (by The Only Ones)

It might even clear up any questions for anyone on here??

I've even got the original single downstairs, it's one of those classic tracks, just like The Undertones & 'Teenage Kicks'
Richard A Thackeray
Defender 110Td5 'Heritage Gone, but not forgotten
Jaguar XKR; X88 JLT, also 'gone, but not forgotten'

Yorkshire Born & Bred, and proud of it.

Hi,,

I saw the Only Ones in concert several times - they are one of my all time favourite bands - had all their albums in vinyl, but only have their greatest (!)hits on CD

Regards

ela
Sonar - DII V8 now become a toy
Pugsley (peugeot 407) now sitting dead in a garage workshop, being replaced by Yeti the kia carens!
Bagheera - geoff's new(ish) car - a black jaguar!
love is....a husband who is prepared to put petrol in his wife's V8 without flinching - now has admitted to flinching occasionally

I likethem, but have other preferances from that period

Got to agree with the (sadly missed) John Peel, 'Teenage Kicks' is all time great
