Does anybody know what (internal) diameter the correct pipe is?
I want to do the job of extending the breathers properly this time!

Fairly sure it's 4mm Dave. Seem to think it's 6mm outside 4mm inside but it could well be imperial ie 1/4" outside, the two are close enough to not matter a jot tho'.

i used windscreen washer hose
the prob seems to be that it kinks to easily and I believe can implode to restrict breathing IMO. so I am going for the proper stiff walled stuff.
I leaking diff pinion seal on the back has prompted this.

I got some pneumatics hose (from RS I think) and used that. Nice and rigid walls but flexible enough for easy routing.
I needed to stick the end in boiling water to soften it enough to fit to the banjo, but once on.. no problems at all.

Got mine from local (to work) pneumatics supplier... not that cheap, but very good stuff. In a nice shade of blue too!!!
Think I paid about £15 ish for quite a few metres (just over 10.5m).... more than enough (I think) to do my Landy. Though I still haven't got round to fitting it!!
You can have a look when you come round if you want, might even be tempted to sell the pipe - taking my 90" off the road to rebuild soon, so won't be needing the pipe for quite a while.
