My first Post in this section...

I have been on here since the 19th May this year, I drop in every day and have a read.
I have recently participated in the "Crushing Blow" thread....I would just like to say that my experience has been thoroughly positive, and I am suprised by that, this is not sarcasm in any way shape or form, it is indeed a compliment to the many members who post on here.

I find this forum to be the most civilised and more importantly ADULT in it`s working than any other that I have participated in, it is indeed a credit to the web community, I find the moderators to be realistic and basically 100% in their actions and responsibilities.
All in all it is a nice balance and a truly nice and realistic place to be, and for that I thank you all.

I have been on internet forums for the past 6/7 years and this one has to be the best so far.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of the community here.

Just thought it needed saying.

Well said and a big thumbs up

I wish this project would just hurry up and finish!

But I don't think it will if I keep making simple mistakes

This hotdog tastes orrible.

Oh sorry sidetracked. Yes we are all adult and grown up, and not entirely all there :)
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

What a nice Bloke you are -- well said. i agree with all you say and to add to it, i like youself read and take the mountains of good advice that people post on this site, but have had the pleasure of meeting some of the many members from across the country and the ethos of the forums is even stronger in person. i have been made to feel warmly welcomed and looked after. long may it continue.  :)

I refuse to admit to the grown up bit and every year I deny it more

But I agree it is a jolly convivial bunch of people (do I get triple word score for convivial?)  8)  :)
