Does anybody know where I might get hold of plastic model (Airfix, Revell etc) Land Rover kits?  What'd be really cool was if a SWB Series III truck cab model was available.  Any scale.

There is/used to be/think it's still there, a model shop in Huddersfield called "something wicked" If it is still there then they will get you one in the very unlikely instance that they don't already have one. A proper modellers model shop that one. Dunno if they have a web site tho'
Cheers, Karl..

I've tried all my local(ish) model shops.  Plenty of Defenders and Freelanders, but no Series.  Some have die cast Series, but where's the fun in that?   :D

Hi Xmob, if your going to the LRO show this weekend, look out for the remote control models stand, should br near the cattle shed where the band plays in evening.

Anyay I bought a series body off them 1/10 scale to fit a R/C chassis.
It was a truck cap with a cover for the back. Hope this helps.
Cheers.

Unfortunately I won't be at the show.   :(

I'll be in York at the weekend so I'll visit Monk Bar Models who claim that they can get me what I want if I go in and see them.  I'll keep you posted.
