Blimey, that's not a bad effort. You must be pleased that it's working so well.

There seems to be a problem with the pictures. The last one only has a cupboard and a hat stand in trainers on it. :) ;)

Well done.
You look loads better.
I bet you feel more confident too.
When i was 26 i went up to 18 stone due to being a lazy truck driver and eating far too much.
I started car valeting (great exercise) and eating less and went down to 11 stone.
I've gone back to driving (much better money than valeting) and have gone back to 14 stone.

So what regime are you following Dyf, if you don't mind me asking? Whatever it is, it's working for you. Well done :)

its based on VLCD diet.
i have 500 calories a day by drinking 3 milkshakes (brekkie, lunch and dinner) and a chewie bar for afternoon tea.
each one is equal both in nutrient and content so you can mix and match what you want some of the bars are diuretic (spelling?) so you dont want to have more than one a day!
the first week is hell as you are detox'ing and you get headaches, cravings, hunger pains, feel lethargic, bad tempered. all cos your brain is telling you to keep shovelling in what youve been doing until now.
for me up until the first month i still got cravings, even basic ones such as a ham sarnie being eaten would make me itchy to have one.
now though ive none, ive served up a chinese takeaway to the in-laws and helped cooked sunday lunch without delving in or even having a taste.
i now cycle around 10 miles a day too (bought a new bike the other day as my old one was heavy and cumbersome) and i play football once a week.
i began with 42" - 44" (depending on the brand) waist down to 36" SO FAR!!
XL/XXL tops have been replaced by MEDIUM. (hence the ebay flurry of activity)
you MUST drink at least 4ltrs of water a day though, initially its not easy to consume boring liquid but after a while you dont notice it, and now i consume around 6ltrs.
