I'm Back!
« on: September 10, 2004, 21:03:13 »
The 90 is taxed and MOT'd and back on the road after the engine rebuild from Hell. Nine months and 3 days!

For all those members who began to doubt I actually owned a Land Rover, see it in the flesh on the off road course this weekend.

Guy,

Don't go too mad this weekend, you wouldn't want to break anything would you?

Tim,

It's like riding a bike    . I think I can describe my performance on the off road course at P'boro as majestic 8)  8)  8) .

Forgotten how appalling the steering is   so time to rebuild that as well    .

All in all, considerably poorer but glad to be back in the saddle :D  :D  :D  :D  :D .

DM,

Tixover is open Sunday the 19th September if you want to see it for real.

hehe that's was my bro's cars, me and my misses were in our freelander   the one that was going around the off-road course with no exhaust after about the first 200yrds  . I did venture round with my bro on the Sunday afternoon. The back of a series land rover is no fun on that hard dusty mud, Especially when he wants to do all the extreme bits (the bomb-hole near the end I smacked my head and twisted my leg trying to stay on the seat)
