Oh dear do you think the seller made a bit of a boo boo with this auction by not putting a reserve, what do you think the chances of me getting it for £21

But I would think it a bit hard on the seller if you insisted on completing the auction.

A deal is a deal and E-Blag like to brag it's a legally binding contract.  I'd be interested to know how it goes down but if you push for it they should have to sell, otherwise they loose face.

BTW, did you see the E-Blag thread in jokes and funnies, I laughed.

For the "Buy it Now" option email me at: barryj4349@yahoo.co.uk

PLEASE NOTE:I will not be able to respond to the questions that you send using the ASK SELLER A QUESTION button(it will take at least 48 hours) because my e-mail address is blocked.

For a fast answer please e-mail me at: barryj4349@yahoo.co.uk

The buy it now is £17800

You could offer to help him out of an obvious predicament by offering to sell it back to him for say £20,000 ?

Well they say time is money, and he has used some of your time :)

PS leave GOOD feedback if he does sell at the auction price.

From the eBay User Agreement "Our User Agreement state that sellers must deliver the items that buyers purchase from them".

I once sold a push chair on there for £1.  No reserve, and 1 person bid.  1 year old push chair with all the trimmings etc., and she paid £1.     My fault.

Bit different to letting a 20K vehicle go for £21.  Good luck.  If you win you MUST contact the news papers.

For that price you would not mind bob tailing it and loading it with off-road gear.

"Donate" it to Mud-Club.  Take it to the maintenance weekend and let the angle grinders and welders turn it into a monster.

Then send the seller pics of the finished article.  Lift, muds, bob tail, rag top, a "few" stickers.

Jeeeeez   Ã‚£21  .
Get yourself down to a solicitors immediately, "You've won an auction".

Then to the Press if things dont go to plan.

Ebay may be responsible in recovering the car from him via the courts (I don't know).

I feel sorry for the seller, he should of withdrawn before the auction end.

But if you get the disco back (have seen the comments about it having Joan Collins syndrome - older than it looks) then you should give this back :)

Pay him by PayPal immediately!

This effectively should seal the deal and make a leagly binding contract that's very difficult to get out of.
