Price BreakDown
« on: September 14, 2006, 21:17:53 »
Having pointed out to some Americans on another LR forum how much we pay for fuel (& converting it to dollars for them)

I needn't repeat their answers

Anyway

What I need/would like is the address of a site that breaks down the price into its constituent parts, ie; who gets what percentage

Any suggestions please?

At the moment they're grumbling about paying between £1.15 (in Texas)  & £1.65 (In Massachusetts)

You could try this one...

http://www.banthepumps.com/

They have a pretty detailed breakdown.

One Example:  Ã‚£1,650 per year on fuel includes £1,090 TAX!! :(bigangry):
