just a quick one. will a roofrack off a def 90 fit a disco200. Think i remember someone fitting one before and the legs needed opening a bit. Just i have been offered a 90 roof rack with 4 spots for only £80. So here is hoping.

Just check the hight as well the disco is higher than a 90 the roof that is. What sort is it mate it will the 90  :wink:

Yes they will, mine was a galv box type so some heat on the leg joints to lean them out about an inch each side, and it cleared the higher rear roof

This was off a 110, but the same should apply for a 90 onto a standard disco

Lets have a pic and a write up when you have done it, as I was thinking of doing the same as I cant afford a Disco rack as its only used twice a year.
Remember it will come in handy even if you never use it

Didnt get that roof rack as there was not a stright bar on it. But have another 90 roof rack coming should be here after sunday so will stick some pics up of it next week. oh it looks like this

Well rof rack is fitted just need to make some plates up to lift the roof rack up a bit as the disco roof is a little higher than a 90's. but apart from that it when stright on plus it had adjustable legs on it so it was easy to make them larger to fit the with of the roof and it looks pritty good to me. just need to pain the mounts now. and get some spots on the front of it
