I do 12 hour shifts, 2 days, 2 nights & 4 off. Well they say 4 off but you finish at 8am on your first day off.  :wink:

I'm a Watch Manager at the Maritime Rescue Co-ordination Centre in Stornoway.  :mrgreen:
