well, was gonna sticker it - beef the suspension up, the usual stuff.
dont fancy taking the grinder to the disco just yet :D:D:D:D
had the arches inside the rear doors done last week, rear floor etc is solid..
previous owner stuck RR classis door cappings in it - dont look right , but think he used industrial glue

Wicked. you HAVE to get rid of the girly side steps though and get rock sliders on it.

I have put a few mods on mine but it stil looks like a basic disco except with a few tweeks. It doesnt look like an out and out off roader but it performs just like one of road :D

reason i swapped???
well hes a good mate (he had my V8 off me)
and hes a 'tinkerer' hes only happy witha vehicle when hes messing, swapping and changing parts etc, plus I know exactly what he paid for it - and what hes spent on it.. and lets say I am well up on the deal, hes happy because he has a 110 to play with - think hes going to Tdi it (he did with his 90) and generally go to town with the goodies!

Being an R reg.... is that a 'fly by wire' Auto Disco - i.e. no throttle cable??

If so, I could get it chipped for you if you wanted   - would have a bit more umph then!!!

Nope still has a cable.. actually has 2.. presume 1 is a kickdown??
just had a look through the paperwork , he paid £6k for a 52 plate mondeo at the start of the year - he px'd this +£700 for the disco in May.. and hes done about 3k miles since.. and as i said he had the arches done last week..
weird colour tho.. some lights looks silver - others it looks a very light metalic blue. log book says silver??
have to find the code and post see if anyone can quote me the actual name

Nice one m8 .... the bad news is that modding a disco is no cheaper than modding a 110!
