I've been lurking about the site for a while, not having a 4x4 till now Just bought an M plate Shogun 2.5 td 106000 on the clock. All for £1800 :) (is it a good price? ) Wait for the cheque to clear, then watch out world!!  :twisted:

bit of rust in the boot and 2 small dents on the bodywork.  Still got the toolkit in the rear door.

Well a complete tool kit is a bonus.
Any other specs to go with it, as Pajeros come with a lot of stuff as standard, and sometimes a bit more.Youll probably have a better top end speed as i believe the gearing is different.
SWB or LWB?
Any way your going to get a lot of fun out of it as they are more capable than people give them credit for.If the cambelt hasnt been changed or no record of when it was done id get that changed.

Excellent choice. Have a K plate V6. Very capable vehicle. Use mine off road when I can + do about 25000 road miles a year with few problems.

 Lee, What sort of MPG do you get from the V6?off road and on road average, been thinking of going to petrol power,

Sorry, been away working so only just got to reply.

The V6 does me about 22-25mpg on the road and about 12-15 at pay n play sites. If I'm out greenlaning I would guess at somewhere in between with an autobox.
