I have been quoted £650 to remove strip and replace bearings shafts imput gear seals etc and  refit ror my gearbox/transfer box on my defender.
now this old guy was recomended to me before and and has done a good job rebuilding diffs for me.
....so has anyone been quoted cheaper. It maks you wander how much money certain other places make chargeing twice as much for the same job.

Leggs is just down the road from me, I have never used them but you never hear a bad thing about them.
