Just changed drums shoes and wheel cyls adjusted shoes bled cyls still pedal is spongy and goes down along way also new master cyl. ANY IDEAS John .

have you changed the flexible pipes?
sometimes they perish and inflate like balloons as you press the peddle

Make sure the adjustors are backed right off, so the pistons are fully in. Air can get trapped in the cylinders otherwise.
